Large-Scale Data Migration & Team Building

Azeez led a large-scale data migration project for a UK global financial institution, recruiting and managing over 10 Data Engineers and Analysts to migrate existing pipelines from Oracle to Azure Synapse. He successfully addressed both technical challenges and skilled talent gaps, improving data accuracy, accessibility, and availability across departments. The robust team implementation enabled better data-driven decision-making, with many engineers retained for continuous post-migration optimization work.

Rapid BI Platform Migration & Team Deployment

One of our founders successfully resourced and trained a BI team for a Thailand-based retail conglomerate. Despite tight Accenture PMO deadlines and complex Oracle BI migration challenges, he delivered the cloud-based platform in under six weeks. The deployment enabled the client to achieve cross-selling targets and provide executives with comprehensive omni-channel KPIs from a single source of truth. Of the 20 BI engineers and cloud architects deployed, 12 were retained full-time.

Building a Regional Data Talent Hub

As Group Head of Data & Analytics at one of the world's largest telecom companies, Piero established a center of competence for Data Specialists in an emerging market, serving as a talent hub for the entire Group. He doubled the local data team size to support both domestic and international operations. Many managers now holding top Data & AI positions across the company emerged from that center, demonstrating its success as a regional talent pipeline.
